Register the current condition of a vehicle

When receptioning a vehicle we have to register the current condition of the vehicle. To do so, we have to:

1. Tap on the New vehicle icon.
2. Fill the following information:
Vehicle location.
Fuel levels.
Cleanless levels.

By installing the Google voice synthetizer we can dictate the vehicle information.
