Stellantis Generic Guarantee Process (C-PGS-EN)

The warranty process within the Stellantis - Citroën management group encompasses the following brands

• Citroën

• All brands within the Stellantis group.
  This process begins at the dealership, where the warranty information is obtained and managed through Care DMS. Once reviewed, the next step is to submit it.
  Within the Stellantis management group, submitting the warranty information involves sending a file in ZSAGAI format. This file is then sent to the factory.
  This file review process is currently manual.
  Importantly, work is underway on a Stellantis VGAR interface to automate this process. This documentation will be updated as soon as it is available.
