Operator Planning

From the “Operator Planning” menu section, the user can view and manage the availability of workshop operators (both advisors and mechanics). They can also register both holidays and other types of absences such as sick leave, training, and others, as well as manage company holidays.

Overlaps in planning:

When creating an absence for a specific day and time, it may happen that an operator already has a job planned or that an advisor already has a vehicle pickup/delivery that overlaps with the absence. In these cases, the application will display an informational window about the overlap in planning.

Once the absence overlap is registered, it must be taken into account in workshop planning.

When editing the availability of a mechanic/advisor, several overlaps may occur:

- That when modifying availability for a specific day and time, the mechanic may already have a job planned and/or the advisor may have a vehicle pickup/delivery that overlaps with the day and time when unproductive hours are being added (Holidays, Training, Sickness, Others).

- That when modifying availability for a specific day and time, the mechanic/advisor may have some unproductive hours in that same time slot that overlap with the day and time when unproductive hours are being added (Holidays, Training, Sickness, Others).

In both cases, the application will display an informational window with the overlap in planning.
