Reject Warranty (C-ZGA-EN)

This procedure describes how to change the status of a guarantee to Rejected

Steps to follow

• Access the List of Submitted Items: Go to the tab "Sent" within the guarantee management.

• Decline: Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Sent tab, press the options button (the 3 points ⋮ (to the right) and select "Decline".

• Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
