Selection of consent source

Contexts from which DEMAX users will request customer consents.

DEMAX users will request user consents from the following contexts or request sources:

• Any configuration wizard to create new users
• Any search performed in SIMA for existing customers
• From the customer profile

Select the consent source

An icon with the option to Request Consent will appear in any of the contexts mentioned above, for example, in the third-party search box.

Once consent is requested, users will be shown a notification about the result of the request.
