Revert Warranty to Pending (C-RGP-EN)
This process can be performed from the Reviewed or Rejected state
Steps to follow
- Access the List of Reviewed Items: Go to the tab "Revised" within the guarantee management.
- Revert Warranty to Pending: Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Review tab, press the options button (the 3 points
⋮(to the right) and select "Revert Warranty to Pending".
- Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
