Business events

This API enables external applications to subscribe to events that happen in SIMA Suite. That allows those external tools to be synchronized, and run actions based on events that happened in the main business.

The events are stored in the streaming, allowing to re-create what happened in the DMS.

Uses cases

There are many use cases for using the different streams of events.

For example, customer events, keep a synchronized CRM tool with SIMA Suite, in terms of customers created, modified their main information, or consents.

Also, keep updated about stock changes in both parts and vehicles.
