We have enriched the information that SIMA sends to online sales platforms (Salesforce) to ensure that customers always see accurate data.
- What changes?Essential fields have been added, such as the Unit of Measure, whether it is an Exchange Part, the Spare Part's Condition, and the tax type. Furthermore, any changes to the Sale Price or Discount now generates an immediate update on the web.
- BenefitAvoid pricing errors and selling obsolete spare parts. Your online store will always be synchronized with your actual warehouse stock and pricing.
DORAL - Logistics Traceability in Multi-Order Invoices
For operations that consolidate multiple orders into a single invoice or delivery note, we have improved the way delivery instructions are displayed.
- What changes? If order A says "Shipping" and order B says "Counter Pickup", these notes will automatically be moved to their respective lines on the final invoiceThe document header will be clear of confusing notes.
- BenefitWarehouse staff will know exactly which parts to pack for shipment and which to leave on the counter, eliminating delivery errors and incorrect shipments to workshops.
URBANTZ - Last Mile Agility in Order Taking
We have optimized the order creation wizard to streamline the work of Call Center agents.

🛠 Bug Fixes
Stock Management in Customer Claims A critical error that caused negative values in stock reservations during the processing of claims with physical return of goods has been corrected.
- The change: The process has been reorganized so that the physical entry of the piece (Real Stock) is registered at the time of accepting the claim, but it does not become "available for sale" until the credit is definitively issued.
- Benefit: It ensures that the inventory is always consistent, preventing the sale of items that have not yet been checked or processed for accounting purposes.
Ordering by Age in "Sweeping of Remains" An inconsistency in the automatic allocation of stock when there are orders with the same priority has been resolved.
- The change: The system now uses the order creation date as a second sorting criterion. If two orders have the same priority, the system will automatically assign the stock to the oldest one.

Import Price Lists without Waiting
We have transformed the price list import process in SIMA Desktop to be asynchronous.
- What changes? When you import a price list from the Workspace, the system will process the file in the background. You no longer need to wait for the import to finish before continuing to work.
- Benefit: Greater fluidity. You can continue using any other SIMA function while the system manages the new prices internally.
Speed Optimization in Reference Search
Critical performance improvements have been implemented, specifically designed for high-volume catalogs (such as FCA).
- Smarter searchesThe reference search engine now ignores meaningless search sequences (such as entering only zeros "0000"). This prevents the system from attempting to load hundreds of thousands of unnecessary results, forcing a more precise search.
- Accelerated panel chargingThe "Quick Query" tab and reference history have been redesigned, eliminating heavy processes that slowed down the interface.
- Benefit: Spare parts and history queries up to 40% faster, eliminating visual blocks when browsing the catalog.

New features in the Invoicing Assistant
It is now possible to mass-confirm all invoices generated from the Invoicing Assistant, eliminating the need to open each invoice individually for manual confirmation.
- If an invoice is on credit, the system will check the credit risk before confirming it, replicating the same behavior as SIMA does when confirming from the invoice document.
- If any invoice in the batch cannot be confirmed (due to an error or credit risk), the process will continue with the remaining invoices.
- At the end of the mass confirmation process, a message will indicate if any invoices were not confirmed. These will be easily identifiable in the list as they will remain in “Not Issued” status.
It is also now possible to mass-print all invoices generated from the Invoicing Assistant, without the need to open each invoice individually to print them manually.
Both features are configurable and can be enabled only for companies that make intensive use of the Invoicing Assistant.

When a dealer records a reference in its custom list so that it gets supplied by SPEEDER, a transaction is created to inform the DMS. Upon receipt of this transaction, the DMS should not propose orders for this reference.
For this, the reference is set to "blocked" procurement mode within the DMS (which still leaves the dealer the possibility of manually placing an order within its DMS).

1. Importing supplier invoices with the Stellantis EP0093 format
When importing supplier invoice files with the Stellantis EP0093 format, the package information of each line (supplier package) will be imported, so that later this information can be used in the input pickings per package.
2. Codification required for some "coded parts"
Depending on the codification required for some "coded parts", sometimes it is mandatory to indicate both the VIN and the Key Code in the supplier order file sent to the manufacturer. Starting from this update, if this is the case of any part, and the line in the customer order has not been completed with both required fields, the user will not be allowed to confirm the customer order and will be notified with the parts that require their attention, to complete the information.
3. Stellantis and xFCA parts
When ordering in the Supplier Order Pool, separate supplier orders will be generated when they are Stellantis and xFCA parts, according to their Business Sector so that orders from the "Business Sector" can be sent to Stellantis separately to their corresponding SINCOM.

1. Sales invoices
The Concess File automatically generates the sales invoices, but there are cases in which these invoices cannot be confirmed, remaining in initial status.
The errors that cause sales invoices to be unable to be confirmed are:
- Price problem:
- A part included in the sales invoice has a purchase price higher than the sales price of the sales invoice.
- In this case the sales invoice cannot be confirmed because there is a price mismatch.
- New part:
- A part included in the sales invoice is new.
- It has just been created in the import of the purchase invoice, so the parts control board lacks information (Sales Price, Purchase Discount Group, Sales Discount Group, Tax Case, etc.).
- In this case the sales invoice cannot be confirmed because the part information is missing.
In order to know how to resolve these errors, please refer the section Sales invoices with errors of the following page of the SIMA documentation: Sales invoices with errors <!-- link: https://documentation.simasuite.com/SIMA/en-GB/PART-FacturasClientes/ -->
2. Local Supplier invoices
The process of confirming local supplier invoices has been unlocked, so the user can now do the whole process. By confirming the local supplier invoice, the sales invoices will be generated automatically.
The process of creating and confirming local supplier invoices is documented on the following page of the SIMA documentation: Local Supplier Invoices <!-- link: https://documentation.simasuite.com/SIMA/en-GB/PART-FacturasProveedores/ -->
3. New re-invoicing scheme
Currently the invoice creation scheme does not separate the sales invoices of R1 dealers and their different S1 dealers, as it does by order type (urgent, stock).
Therefore, this new scheme has the particularity of creating separate sales invoices for each of the "Ship To Party" dealers, separated by order type.
However, this is not the case for sales by R2 dealer, who continues to maintain a single sales invoice.

1. OPEC/GPEC
The GPEC file is the file that allows linking the "dealer order" with the corresponding "Hyundai Order" (importer order), which in turn will be linked to the corresponding "Invoice Number". The following modifications were made:
- Remove the nightly task that generates the GPEC file, so that it is generated automatically when importing all the supplier invoices that arrive during the night.
- We have added the "supplier package" with the information found in the supplier's invoices.
- A separate file will be generated for each dealer on the supplier invoice.
Rename the file at the time of generation to include the invoice number as GPEC_{INVOICE NUMBER}{DealerCode}{yyyyMMdd}_{HHmmss}.csv
The OPEC file contains the invoice information of the references found in GPEC. The following modifications were made:
- Remove information to the GPEC file "ID-GPEC".
- Include information in the file on the "Dealer Package".
- The "Total Document Value" information must be recalculated to include the value of the corresponding taxes.

1. Concess File
The Concess File is a file that is generated daily and contains the parts deliveries made to Dealers by suppliers.
This file is sent to the Dealers so that they can make the input picking of parts into their warehouses and thus start with the daily tasks, e.g. repairing vehicles in the workshops.
This file is generated on the basis of the purchase invoices received from the supplier and the process is divided into the following steps:
- Import of purchase invoices received from supplier
- Detection of new parts not existing in the parts master
- Creation in the parts master of new parts
- Creation and confirmation of sales invoices to Dealers on the basis of purchase invoices received
- It should be noted that several sales invoices can be generated from one purchase invoice
- Those sales invoices that include new parts will not be confirmed, they will remain in initial status until the user checks the part data (description, price, sales discount group, purchase discount group, transactional object, etc.)
- Internal association between purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Sending sales invoices to FusionR to obtain the FusionR invoice number
- Generation of the Concess File, as many files are generated as sales invoices to Dealers have been issued, in these files the FusionR invoice number is included.
- Sending the Concess Files to the corresponding Dealers
- Generation of the automatic email informing the Importer that the files have been sent to the Dealers
All the above steps are fully automatic, so there is no user interaction.
Each of these steps is monitored to detect any errors that may occur. Some of the errors that are monitored are:
- Purchase Invoices:
- New non-existing part numbers in the part master
- Conversion of orders with non-existing order lines into lines without orders
- Conversion of non-existing orders into lines without orders
- Sales Invoices:
- Selling price at 0
- Sales price lower than purchase price
From SIMA's point of view, the information that the user can view is the following:
- Purchase invoices: located on the path [Parts Module -> Purchases Tab -> Invoices Section -> Supplier Option]
- Sales invoices: located on the path [Parts Module -> Sales Tab -> Invoices Section -> Customer Option]
- Invoicing events to FusionR: located on the path [Administration Module -> Administrative Tools Tab -> Administrative Tools Section -> Delivery historic Option]
- Concess File report: located on the path [Parts Module -> Reports Tab -> Management Section -> Miscellaneous Reports Option -> Delivery Report Request]

An automatic task will detect the presence of the files and import them into SIMA.
From this import, the information about the estimated dates will be visible both in SIMA and in the Web Parts Orders:
The estimated date will be displayed at order detail line level, i.e. for each part included in the dealer order.
For those parts for which we don’t receive the estimated date, no information will be shown.
Additionally, in cases where the confirmation received for a supplier order line, specifies a delivered part number different from the ordered part number, the corresponding supersession will be created if it does not previously exist.
