Warranty Details (C-DGC-EN)

Steps to follow

• Access the Pending List: Go to the "Pending" tab within warranty management.

• Go to Details: Click on the "Details" button to access the section directly.
  Information shown in the Details:

• Description: This screen displays detailed information about a warranty claim in "Pending" status. The view is divided into three main information blocks and a global actions bar.

1. Global Actions Bar (Header)

Located in the upper right corner of the screen. It allows you to perform the same actions as in the main list, such as editing.

2. Information Sections

The screen is structured into 3 content blocks

• Warranty Information (Left Panel)

• It contains the vehicle and file identification data. It is a list of read-only fields (except in edit mode).

• Malfunctions (Upper Right Panel)

• Table listing the faults associated with this file.

• Charges (Lower Right Panel)

• Table that breaks down the costs (Labor, Spare Parts, etc.) associated with breakdowns.
