Active Reception

Active Reception let us perform all the check points defined for our workshop while receptioning the vehicle and confirm the suggested jobs with the customer. To start the active reception we have to:

1. Tap on the Active reception icon. 
2. Tap on Create dame or Precises on demand. 
3. Tap on ActiveSelling and PPSO (tool bar) to show and add available packges. 
4. Tap on Related documents to add documents as sales pitch.

Active Selling and PPSO packages

Active Selling and PPSO available packages will be automatically added to the current vehicle. To add them we just have to tap on the buttom of Active Selling and PPSSO (tool bar).

Related documents

Related documents are all those documents we have added to be used as Sales pitch while receptioning a vehicle. They are available from the Documents manager.

 Remember to give meaningful and clear names to documents so that they can be located more quickly.
