LeadTray Reports Screen

1. Introduction

The screen of Reports LeadTray is your visual control center in LeadTray. It's designed to give you a clear, quick, and comprehensive view of the performance of your lead capture and management process. Here you can analyze where your business opportunities are coming from, why customers are contacting you, and the overall effectiveness of your team.

2. Screen Overview

The screen is divided into three main areas:

  1. Filters: To segment the data you want to visualize.
  2. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): The most important metrics at a glance.
  3. Breakdown Charts: A detailed visual analysis of the origin and motive of leads.

3. Filters

In the upper right corner, you'll find filters that allow you to refine the information displayed across the entire screen.

  • Brands:
    • Function: Allows you to select a specific vehicle brand or view consolidated data for "All Brands."
    • Use: Click the drop-down menu to filter KPIs and charts to analyze a particular brand's performance.
  • Period:
    • Function: Allows you to define the time range for which the data will be displayed.
    • Use: Select options such as "Current Year," "Last Month," "Last Quarter," or "Last 12 Months."

Note: Any changes to these filters will automatically update all data on the screen.

4. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Located on the left panel, these boxes provide you with the most crucial metrics about your operation.

  • Total synchronized leads:
    • What is it? This is the total number of leads (customer opportunities) received in LeadTray within the period and for the selected brand.
