Obtain Guarantees (C-COG-EN)
This procedure describes how to obtain a guarantee
Steps to follow
- Access and Obtain Guarantees: Go to the right side of the window, above the list "Earrings" within the guarantee management.
- There are four options
- Earrings (divided)
- Earrings (undivided)
- From a (divided) order
- From one order (without splitting)
- Choose an option and you will receive the guarantees.
- Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
- If no guarantees have been obtained in the process, it will still be reported that it has been carried out correctly since there has been no error.
