Appointments panel

The appointments panel shows all the scheduled appointments for today and the active adviser. Appointments are group by date and we can navigate them from today's appointments to the past or incoming ones.

To show the appointments panel we just have to tap con the calendar icon. We will visualize all the appointments for today and the following information for each one of them:

Customer requested Taxi.

Appointment status, under this code of colors:

Past appointment

Customer at workshop

Next appointment

Actions available

The appointments panel let us perform the following actions:

Navigate within the appointments by date, from the _appointments calendear) (up right) or from the navigation controls.

Select a different adviser: access all the scheduled appointments of an adviser.

Create new Reception: perform the vehicle reception for customer without an scheduled appointment and create it in SIMA.

 From SIMA Service, Customer manager we will note that a Customer has arrived.

Warnings

The appointments panel will show an message when a customer has arrived. Default setting will show a message in period of 2 minutes but it can be customised to be in real time due to the customer manager notes that a customer has arrived or the plate reader detects it.
