Assign Claim Number (C-ANR-EN)

This procedure describes how to assign a claim number to a warranty.

Steps to follow

• Access the Pending List: Go to the tab "Earrings" within the guarantee management.

• Assign Claim Number: Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Review tab, press the options button (the 3 points ⋮ (to the right) and select "Assign Claim Number".

• A window will appear where you can enter the desired Claim Number.

• Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
