Warranty Exclusion (C-XGA-EN)

This procedure describes how to exclude from warranty

Steps to follow

• Access the Pending List: Go to the tab "Earrings" within the guarantee management.

• Exclusion of Guarantees: Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Review tab, press the options button (the 3 points ⋮ (to the right) and select "Exclude from Guarantees".

• A window will appear asking if you want to completely remove the warranty or not, and if you choose the latter, you will be able to get it back.

• Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
