Control Panel (C-PC-EN)
In the left menu of Care, we have several options such as Control Panel, Warranties and Reports.
By default, when we enter Care from Workspace, the Control Panel will open, and if we are in another option, we can return to it from that menu.
In this control panel, we can get a real picture of the warranties, since we have the counters for all their states and we can filter by date at the top.
These counters are divided into sections as follows
- Earrings
- Not reviewed
- Approved
- In progress
- Not approved
- Sent
- Completed
- Accepted
- Rejected
With the counter of all these statuses, divided into the groups of Pending, In Progress and Completed, we will have a global view of where to follow the daily workflow.
We can also use these numerical indicators to click on them and access those guarantees as explained in the Go to Guarantees functionality from the Control Panel
