The LeadTray process

The lead management process in LeadTray involves several events that can occur throughout the lead lifecycle. The most common events that can occur during lead management are the following:

1. Synchronisation of the received lead with the source

When a lead is received in LeadTray, the software automatically synchronises the lead information with the source from which it originated. This ensures that all lead information is up-to-date and available in one place.

2. Assign the lead to an agent:

Once the lead has been synchronised in LeadTray, the lead must be assigned to a sales agent for follow-up. LeadTray allows the lead to be assigned automatically according to predefined rules, or manually by the administrator.

3. Logging of customer contacts

It is necessary to keep record of contacts made with the customer, whether by phone, email or other means. LeadTray allows you to record this information in the lead's contact file, providing a complete history of interactions with the customer.

4. Lead closure

In LeadTray, lead closure can be performed in a number of ways, depending on the outcome of lead management. Some forms of lead closure include:

  • 4.1 Closing a lead with a planned workshop appointment
If the lead is converted into a workshop sale, the appointment is planned and the lead is closed.
  • 4.2 Closing a lead without a workshop appointment
If the lead is converted to a non-workshop sale, the lead is closed.
  • 4.3 Closing a lead due to SLA expiry
If the lead is not converted into a sale within the time stipulated in the SLA (Service Level Agreement), the lead is automatically closed.

5. Modification of a workshop appointment

In case the date or time of a workshop appointment needs to be modified, LeadTray allows changes to be made to the appointment record.

6. Canceling a workshop appointment

If a previously scheduled workshop appointment needs to be cancelled, LeadTray allows to record the cancellation and update the lead status accordingly.

Summary

In summary, the process of managing a lead in LeadTray includes events such as lead synchronisation, assigning the lead to a sales agent, recording customer contacts, closing the lead in different scenarios, and modifying or cancelling workshop appointments. LeadTray allows users to easily handle each event in the management of a lead and ensure that the service level agreement agreed with the customer is met.
