List of leads

The Lead List is an essential tool for the management and follow-up of potential customers interested in a company's products or services. The main aspects of how the Lead List works are described below.

Overview

The Lead List is a list that displays a series of elements, each of these elements being a "lead". Each lead represents a potential customer interested in the company's products or services. The following details are displayed for each lead:

  • Brand logo: The brand logo associated with the lead, providing quick visual identification.
  • Lead source: The source or channel through which this lead was acquired. It can be a mobile APP of the brand, a web service, a vehicle through a factory service...
  • Customer name: The name of the customer or prospect.
  • Subject of the lead: The reason or subject of the lead, which can provide additional information about the customer's need.
  • Vehicle model: The model of the related vehicle is shown.
  • Lead Status: The current status of the lead, which may be "Created", "Assigned", "Contacted", "Postponed", "Closed", "Cancelled" or "Expired".
  • Associated Dealer: The dealer responsible for this lead.
  • Time remaining to close: An indication of the time remaining before the lead is closed or a specific action is taken. In case it has already been closed an informative status label will be displayed.

Quick status filters

To make it easier to find and manage leads, the Lead List includes quick status filters. These filters allow the user to quickly view leads in specific statuses. By clicking on a filter, only leads matching that status will be displayed.

Associated leads filter

The Leads list provides a filter that allows the user to view only the leads associated with their account. This filter is useful for users to focus on the leads they are responsible for or have a direct interest in.

Pagination

To ensure optimal performance and an effective user experience, the list of leads is paginated. This means that leads are divided into pages with a limit of 10 leads per page. Users can navigate between pages to see more leads and access full information.
