Review Warranty (C-RGA-EN)

This procedure describes how to change the status of a warranty to Review.

Steps to follow

  • Access the Pending List: Go to the tab "Earrings" within the guarantee management.
  • Review: Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Review tab, press the options button (the 3 points ⋮ (to the right) and select "Review".
  • Notification:Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
