# Workshop Order Jobs

This document details the content and functionalities displayed when a job is clicked in the list of a workshop order

## 1\. Tab «Job»

### 1.1 Add entries

-   **\+ Part**: opens the part reference search engine.
-   **\+ Labor**: opens the labor search engine.  
    The line is added to the end of the list with initial status **Ready to work**

### 1.2 List of entries (Labor, parts…)

| Field | Detail |
| --- | --- |
| Internal Code / Reference | Example: `S0000617` |
| Description | Brief text for labor or part |
| Status | Ready to work · In progress · Finished… |
| Context menu | *Allows finishing a labor entry or canceling a labor entry or part (if possible)* |

### 1.3 States of a labor entry

| **Status** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Open | Work has not started on it |
| Started | Work has started on it |
| Finished | Labor entry has been finished |

### 1.4 States of a part

| **Status** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |

| **Status** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Needs authorization | Must be authorized to order it |
| Waiting for supplier | It has been authorized and is waiting to arrive |
| In workshop | It is available |
| Available | The mechanic has removed the part from the warehouse |
| Installed | The part has been placed in the vehicle |

## 2\. "Internal Observations" Tab

### 2.1 Display

Chronological list (most recent at the end) with **author**, date-time **and** text

### 2.2 Create an observation

1.  Write in the field *Write a message*Press the send icon.
2.  The note is recorded with a timestamp and user.
