# Validating the suggested jobs

Before finishing the reception of the vehicle, we have to **confirm the suggested jobs** by gathering the **conformity signature** of our customer. To validate these suggested jobs, within the reception process, we have to:

> **1.** Tap on the *suggested jobs icon*.  
> **2.** Review the suggested jobs with the customer.  
> **Note**: the suggested job can be rejected.  
> **3.** Request the customer to **Read** And **confirm** the specified clauses.  
> **4.** Gather the signature of the customer as conformity for the suggested jobs.  
> **5.** Tap **Confirm** to finish and send the **signed order** to the customer by email.

 The signed order will be save independently of the sending email.

## Finishing the reception process

Once the jobs are confirmed by the customer, the reception process finishes.

## Confirming the order in SIMA 1

To confirm an order created in Mobile Workshop we have to:

> **1.** Run SIMA.  
> **2.** Enter **Service** module.  
> **3.** Click on **Adviser panel**.  
> **4.** Click on an **order** and then **See reception** (right button).
