# Active Reception

Active Reception let us **perform all the check points** defined for our workshop while receptioning the vehicle and **confirm the suggested jobs** with the customer. To start the **active reception** we have to:

> **1.** Tap on the *Active reception icon*.   
> **2.** Tap on **Create dame** or **Precises** on demand.   
> **3.** Tap on **ActiveSelling** and **PPSO** (tool bar) to show and add available packges.   
> **4.** Tap on **Related documents** to add documents as **sales pitch**.

## Active Selling and PPSO packages

**Active Selling** and **PPSO** available packages will be automatically added to the current vehicle. To add them we just have to tap on the buttom of Active Selling and PPSSO (tool bar).

## Related documents

**Related documents** are all those documents we have added to be used as **Sales pitch** while receptioning a vehicle. They are available from the **Documents manager**.

 Remember to give meaningful and clear names to documents so that they can be located more quickly.
