# Related documents

**Related documents** are all those documents we have added to be used as \**Sales pitch* while receptioning a vehicle. They are available from the **Documents manager**.

In ‘**Related documents**’, you can perform the following actions:

-   Add documents.
-   View the total number of documents related to a job and access them.

Once you have added a document, the text ‘N related documents’ will appear on the screen.

Remember to give documents clear and meaningful names so that you can find them more quickly.
