# Receptioning vehicles without appointment

To start the receptioning process to a **Vehicle without appointment** we have:

> **1.** Search by *customer* or *plate*.  
> **2.** Click on **New reception**.  
> **2.** Select the **vehicle** from our database.  
> **3.** Select the customer.

Once those steps are perfomed we will follow the same steps than for a vehicle with an appointment.
