## Warranty Exclusion (C-XGA-EN)

This procedure describes how to exclude from warranty

### Steps to follow

-   **Access the Pending List:** Go to the tab **"Earrings"** within the guarantee management.

-   **Exclusion of Guarantees:** Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Review tab, press the options button (the **3 points** `⋮` (to the right) and select **"Exclude from Guarantees"**.

-   A window will appear asking if you want to completely remove the warranty or not, and if you choose the latter, you will be able to get it back.

-   **Notification:**Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
