## Volkswagen Generic Guarantee Process (C-PGV-EN)

The warranty process within the SAGA management group encompasses the following brands

-   VW

-   Audi  
    This process begins at the dealership, where the warranty information is obtained and managed through Care DMS. Once reviewed, the next step is to submit it.  
    When submitted through Care DMS, it is received by the SAGA system, where it is processed to either accept or reject it.  
    From there, it returns to the Care DMS module, either accepted or rejected. If rejected, the warranty must be adjusted, the warranty status must be reset to its initial state, and the process begins again.
