## Toyota Generic Guarantee Process (C-PGT-EN)

The Toyota GSC warranty process.  
This process begins at the dealership, which sends the warranties to the importer. There, automatic validations are performed that could directly reject the warranty. Those that are not rejected remain pending for the importer to send to the factory, waiting for them to be accepted or rejected. From here, the importer responds to the dealership with that information.  
This process involves a number of files related to invoicing and accounting matters.
