## **Workshop 25.11.14**

New features

**Warranty icon in the job list**: A shield-shaped icon has been added next to each job whose payer is of type "Warranty". Hovering over it displays a *tooltip* with the essential claim information (campaign code, expiration date, and authorization number). This facilitates quick identification of covered jobs and avoids billing errors.

**Add / Cancel / Complete both spare parts and labor**: From each line’s contextual menu, the three main actions are now available. "Add" creates a new line linked to the job, "Cancel" reverses the operation while preserving traceability, and "Complete" records completion with the mechanic’s digital signature, blocking subsequent changes.

**Work time stopwatch and personal stopwatch**: The mechanic can start a specific stopwatch per job and another personal stopwatch for non-billable tasks. The system records *start/stop* events and reflects them in the productivity report with second-level accuracy.

**Manual synchronization button with factory (VW)**: In the workshop order detail, a *«Synchronize with factory»* button has been added, which triggers a REST call to Factory services. The user sees a progress indicator and a confirmation message upon completion.

**Complete history of previous vehicle jobs**: The *History* tab displays a paginated list of previous interventions with access to related jobs and observations.

Improvements:

**Detailed and color-coded statuses for spare parts**: The *Status* column in the *Spare Parts* tab now shows the current spare part status. The status updates in real time, reducing calls to the warehouse and improving visibility of the parts flow.

**Automatic coding of jobs with warranty-type payer**: When selecting "Warranty" as payer, the system preloads standard VW coding (group, subgroup, causative, and operation) and locks sensitive fields to prevent errors. It also validates that mileage and first registration date are within coverage limits.

**Improved listing, search, and filters in orders and planned jobs**: The search engine has been optimized to support partial expressions (for example, "*987*" finds WO *00987*). In addition, a "Planned date" field is added to the main list with ascending/descending sorting.
