# Serve parts to workshop

## Serve references to workshop

On this help page you will find documentation on the **Communication between the workshop module and the spare parts module**.

## Serve workshop orders

To serve complete workshop orders we must open the **Allegation tracking**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Sales Tab -> Workshop Section -> Allocations Option\]**

By default, this window has the check active **Pending charges** which shows the pending allocations of all orders, to filter by a specific order we must uncheck this check.

The board **Imputation requests** contains all those references included in the orders by name, instead of by reference code, in this type of imputations the person responsible for spare parts must do the translation **Denomination -> Reference code**.

When there is stock to serve workshop orders, it is automatically reserved, so that the workshop order can be met. When there is stock reserved for a reference, the color of the line is *green*.

Those lines that are green can be picked up by the mechanic, so that by clicking the right mouse button on a line, the contextual menu will appear in which we can select the option **Score or Bill**.

When you tap a line, the window appears **Allocation selector** where we can indicate which charges we are going to deliver and press the button , so that the internal charge note is generated in the initial state.

When confirming the internal charge note, SIMA will request user validation to record who carries out said collection.

When there is not enough stock to fulfill a workshop order, the missing references are included in the Supplier Order Bag so that they can be requested from the corresponding supplier or from another location in our network that does have sufficient stock.

## Return of references served to the workshop

To return references served in a workshop order we must do the following:

- We open the **Tracking of charges**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Sales Tab -> Workshop Section -> Allocations Option\]**
- We uncheck the check **Pending charges**
- We uncheck the check **Discard delivered**
- We introduce into the field **No order** the number of the order for which we are going to return the spare parts and click **Consult (F5)**
- The internal note can be fully or partially returned; if it is partial, the units to be returned must be established.
