## Reject Warranty (C-ZGA-EN)

This procedure describes how to change the status of a guarantee to Rejected

### Steps to follow

-   **Access the List of Submitted Items:** Go to the tab **"Sent"** within the guarantee management.

-   **Decline:** Locate the warranty in the list that will be moved to the Sent tab, press the options button (the **3 points** `⋮` (to the right) and select **"Decline"**.

-   **Notification:**Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.
