## Reports

When importing a price list and *before confirming it*, we must check that the amounts are correct. To do this we have two reports in the *Price List Follow-up*:

🔹 *Report Totals Miscellaneous:*

- *Amount of total lines:* Total number of lines in the price list.
- *Number of parts (Definitive Lines):* This section is useful in those markets where the same partcode may be supplied by different suppliers. Here the definitive lines will be shown even if the partcodes are repeated, applying priority rules.
- *New parts (Non-existent in SIMA):* New parts, which do not exist in the SIMA master catalog.
- *Duplicate parts:* This section shows duplicate partscodes because they are provided by more than one supplier.
- *Proposed parts to remove:* Parts marked for deletion in the price list.
- *Parts removed from SIMA, and included in the List:* Parts that have been removed in SIMA, but are included in the price list.
- *Parts with Purchase Price <= 0:* Parts with zero or negative purchase price.
- *Parts with replacement cost <= 0:* Parts with zero or negative replacement cost.
- *Parts with Definitive RRP <= 0:* Parts with zero or negative sales price.
- *Parts with Purchase Price = Replacement Cost ... Without Sales Purchase Conditions:* Parts with purchase price equal to the replacement cost, and which have no purchase conditions associated with them.
- *Parts with Purchase Price > Previous Purchase Price:* Parts with purchase price higher than the previous purchase price that was set in the parts control board.
- *Parts with purchase price < Previous purchase price:* Parts with purchase price lower than the previous purchase price that was set in the parts control board.
- *Parts with Purchase Price = Definitive RRP ... Without Factors to calculate its RRP:* Parts with purchase price equal to final sales price because they have no factor to calculate their sales price, so both prices are equal.
- *Parts with Definitive RRP < Purchase Price:* Parts with final sales price lower than purchase price.
- *Parts with Definitive RRP < Replacement Cost:* Parts with final sales price lower than replacement cost.
- *Parts with Definitive RRP > Previous RRP:* Parts with a final sales price higher than the previous sales price.
- *Parts with Definitive RRP < Previous RRP:* Parts with a final sales price lower than the previous sales price.
- *Parts with manual RRP:* Parts for which the sales price has been set manually in the price list.
- *Parts with manual RRP <> Definitive RRP:* Parts with manually sales price different from final sales price.
- *Parts with Net RRP <= Replacement Cost:* Parts with net sales price equal to or lower than replacement cost.
- *Parts with Purchase Price > Previous Purchase Price (> 1 HUF):* The purchase prices are received with decimals, but these are rounded off when importing the price list. In this section, decimals are ignored and partcodes whose purchase price in the list is higher than the previous purchase price are displayed.
- *Parts with Purchase Price < Previous Purchase Price (> 1 HUF):* The purchase prices are received with decimals, but these are rounded off when importing the price list. In this section, decimals are ignored and partcodes whose purchase price in the list is lower than the previous purchase price are displayed.

🔹 *Report Grouped Totals:*

This report shows price list information grouped by items, some of which are:

- Supplier
- Brand
- Discount group
- Purchase Packaging Unit
- Sales Packaging Unit
- Transaction Object
- By margin

## Creation of Price Lists with an Excel File

The following videos explain how an Excel price list can be imported into SIMA.

The import of this type of price lists is based on a basic Excel template that must contain, as a minimum, the following fields:

- Brand
- Part Code
- Part name
- Supplier Id
- Purchase Discount Group
- Sales Discount Group
- Purchase Price
- Sales Price

We have divided the import into the 4 steps:

## Creation of BIR-FRP file

The BIR-FPR file is the price list file that is generated by the importer and must be sent to the dealers.

*Important*: The BIR-FPR file can only be generated from confirmed price lists.

To generate it, we must do the following:

- Open SIMA
- Go to the *Price list follow-up*, located in the path: *\[Parts Module -> Parts Tab -> Price Section -> Lists Option\]*
- Click on the *Search* option in the left menu *General*, to display the price lists
- Right-click on the price list from which we want to generate the BIR-FPR file
- Select the option *Show list* to open it
- The price list will open
- Click on the *Export files* button at the top of the window
- The *After-Sales Parts* window will be opened
- In this window, set the following values:
- *Field Rate:* drop down the list and choose *General rate*
- *Field format:* drop down the list and choose *RENAULT IS1*
- *Field Change factor:* set the factor to be applied to the dealer's price list
- This field indicates the multiplication factor to be applied to the sales price.
- For example, if the sales price is 20,00 and 1.5 is specified in *change factor* then the final sales price will be 30,00, i.e. the multiplication (20,00 \* 1.5).
- The *Export path field* will indicate the path where the BIR-FPR file will be generated
- Click on the *Accept* button and SIMA will inform us when it has finished generating the file
