## Obtain Guarantees (C-COG-EN)

This procedure describes how to obtain a guarantee

### Steps to follow

-   **Access and Obtain Guarantees:** Go to the right side of the window, above the list **"Earrings"** within the guarantee management.

-   There are four options

-   **Earrings (divided)**

-   **Earrings (undivided)**

-   **From a (divided) order**

-   **From one order (without splitting)**

-   Choose an option and you will receive the guarantees.

-   **Notification:**Care will notify you that the action has been performed with a notification in the bottom left corner.

-   If no guarantees have been obtained in the process, it will still be reported that it has been carried out correctly since there has been no error.
