# Detailed view of a lead

The Lead Detail View provides a comprehensive overview of a specific lead's information and history. The view is divided into four main sections: Info, Lead Details, Linked Leads, and Contact & Documentation.

## Info Section

The "Info" section provides a summarized description of the lead and its tracking. It includes the following details:

-   **Summary:**

> -   Remaining Time
> -   Customer
> -   Brand
> -   Model
> -   Source
> -   Subject
> -   Status

-   **Tracking:**

> -   Created Date
> -   Assigned
> -   Number of Contact Attempts
> -   Appointment date / Closing Reason

## Lead Details Section

The "Lead Details" section provides in-depth information about the lead and the associated vehicle. It includes:

-   **Lead:**

> -   Mileage
> -   Inspection (km and days)
> -   Oil Service (km and days)
> -   Warning Lights
> -   Lead ID
> -   General inspection date
> -   Open in lead's source (when the source of the leads is available, in this section you can find a hiperlink to this source)

-   **Vehicle:**

> -   Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
> -   License Plate
> -   Brand
> -   Model Name
> -   Model Year
> -   Engine Code
> -   Transmission Code
> -   Fleet

-   **Customer:**

> -   Name
> -   Phone
> -   Email
> -   Street
> -   House Number
> -   Address Affix
> -   Post Code
> -   City
> -   Region
> -   Country

-   **Customer Request:**

> -   Desired Date
> -   Replacement Mobility
> -   Service Scope
> -   Specifications

## Linked Leads Section

The "Linked Leads" section displays a summary of leads that share the same Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and have been closed previously.

## Contact & Documentation Section

The "Contact & Documentation" section includes:

-   **Customer Information:**

> -   Salutation
> -   First Name
> -   Last Name
> -   Phone
> -   Email

-   **Contact Attempts:**

> -   A list of contact attempts made regarding the lead
> -   Each entry includes the communication channel, date, and time of the contact attempt, along with any observations.
