# Customer Order Types

## Create Order Types

To create spare parts order types, we do the following:

-   We open the **Order Type Maintenance**, which is located at the path: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> General Section -> Order Types Option\]**

-   In the field **Order Type**, we define what type of order we are going to create:

-   Customer Order

-   Supplier Order

-   We click the button **Query**

-   If order types have been created, they will be displayed in this window

-   With the and buttons, we create and modify order types

-   After creating or editing the order types, we save with the button
