# Tracking New Vehicle Stock in SIMA

## Stock NV

## 1\. Purpose and Access

This manual describes the query and operational management of **\*\*Stock NV\*\***

To open the screen, select **\*\*Vehicles > Stock NV\*\***. The screen opens in the context of the selected company.

Access to the module depends on:

\- Successfully logged-in session.

\- Active company.

\- Access permission to the module (**\*\*operation 3133\*\***

## 2\. Query and Filters

The query allows locating vehicles by commercial and logistical criteria (VIN, order, invoice, shipment, make/family, stock type, etc.).

Key considerations:

\- The user can activate economic and logistical data filters according to permissions and company settings.

\- If the user does not have economic permission, the system executes the search without economic data even if the filter is checked.

\- The result may include columns conditioned by configuration (multi-center, center, shipments, theoretical margin, etc.).

## 3\. Actions available on vehicles

Actions are displayed in the menu for each row and also in bulk mode when applicable.

### 3.1 Lock vehicle

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own orders or own stock**
-   -   No active lock
    -   No active reservation.
    

### 3.2 Unlock vehicle (manual)

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own orders or own stock**
-   -   Must already be manually locked.
    

### 3.3 Unlock vehicle (e-commerce)

-   **Permissions:** 3268 + 3619
-   **Functional conditions:**
-   -   Own order or own stock
    -   Vehicle with active e-commerce block

### 3.4 Reserve vehicle

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own order or own stock**
-   -   No block.
    -   No reservation.
    -   No assigned customer.
    

### 3.5 Cancel reservation

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own order or own stock**
-   -   Vehicle reserved
    

### 3.6 Cancel demo/active process

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Demo or active block**

### 3.7 Change inventory

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own stock**
-   -   New vehicle stock modality
    -   No block.
    -   No reservation.
    -   No invoiced order
    

### 3.8 Operating transfer

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Own stock**
-   -   Operating transfer permitted on the vehicle
    -   No block.
    -   No reservation.
    

### 3.9 Change multi-center visibility

-   Permissions and conditions:**Requires multi-center configuration enabled.**
-   -   Requires transfers between centers permitted
    -   Requires absence of block and reservation.
    -   For own stock requires permissions
    -   and**For order requires permission**
    

### 5.10 View detailed financial summary

-   **Permission:**Functional conditions:
-   **Vehicle identifiable by VIN or by order/year.**

## 4\. Bulk actions

  
\- Bulk actions use the same permissions as unit actions.

\- The availability of the bulk button does not guarantee that all selected records are eligible.

\- When part of the selection does not meet functional conditions, the result shows successes and errors by item.
