# Management of stock

## Spare parts stock management

On this help page you will find documentation on the **Spare parts stock management**.

## Regularizations

To carry out the **regularization** of references we will do the following steps:

- We open the **Regularization Monitoring**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Stock Management Tab -> Inventory Section -> Regularizations Option\]**
- We click on the option **New** from the left menu
- The wizard for creating regularizations will appear and we press the button **Following**
- We indicate the **Store** and we press the button **Following**
- We indicate the type of regularization and press the button **Following**
- Absence
- Expired
- Def. Technique
- Presence
- Rip
- We indicate the **reference code** and the **amount** and we press the button **Following**
- We carry out the previous step for each reference to be regularized in the selected type of regularization
- When we have finished with all the references, we will uncheck the check **Regularize another piece** and we press the button **Finish**
- A Regularization will be created in state **Initial**, we check it and, if everything is correct, we confirm it.

We must take into account that an adjustment affects the stock available in the warehouse, for example, a presence adjustment will increase the available stock, while an absence adjustment will decrease it.

## Unassign deliveries

When there is no available stock for a reference, but there is actual stock, the pending deliveries of said references can be unassigned to reassign them according to priority.

For **deallocate a reference** we do the following:

- We open the references control panel
- We look for the reference by entering its code in the upper field called **Reference**
- We click on the button **Show reserved**, which will show us the list of documents of the different reservations of said reference
- We click the right mouse button on the document we want to unassign and select the option **View Document**
- The document will open
- We click the right mouse button on the detail line to be unassigned and select the option **Unassign Delivery**
- SIMA will request special permission to perform this action and, if everything is correct, it will display a confirmation message

It must be taken into account that the deallocation of references implies that they are included in the supplier order pool so that their purchase can be managed.

## Supply proposal

The supply proposal is carried out in three steps:

- Establishment of maximums and minimums
- Setting up ABSA coverage
- Generation of the proposal

**First step: Establishment of maximums and minimums**

To establish the maximums and minimums we do the following:

- We open the window **Management of maximums and minimums**, which is located on the route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Supply Tab -> Proposed Section -> Maximum and Minimum Option\]**
- In the tab **Maximus and minimous** We define what coverage we will work with:
- Demand Coverage
- Coverage by price
- We mark the following checks depending on what interests us:
- *Set maximums and minimums:* allows the respective values to be updated
- *Rounding up:* allows those references whose maximum gives a decimal number to approach the upper value, favors references that are below 1
- *Show Result:* allows you to view the results on the screen
- We press the button **Consult**

The eyelash **Minimum low stock** allows you to consult references that are below the minimum.
The eyelash **Overstuffed References** allows you to consult references that are overlaid.

**Second step: Setting up ABSA coverage**

To establish ABSA coverage we do the following:

- We open the window **Coverage**, which is located on the route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Supply Tab -> Proposed Section -> Absa Coverage Option\]**
- ABSA can range between 0.01 and 12 and, depending on its value, the part is considered:
- Storable
- Not storable
- In the study area, in this case SIMA takes into account the demand trend to decide whether or not to request the reference

SIMA allows coverage to be configured according to the ABSA values, this configuration is per company although the ABSA is by references.

**Third step: Generation of the proposal**

To generate the order proposal we do the following:

- We open the **Tracking of order proposals**, which is located on the route: \*\*\[Spare Parts Module -> Supply Tab -> Proposal Section -> Proposals Option\]
- We click on the option **New proposal** located in the left menu
- The order proposal creation wizard will appear.
- We press the button **Following**
- We indicate:
- Proposal type
- Maximum
- Minimum
- Name
- Store
- Manual maximums
- Rounding
- We press the button **Following**
- The following fields are not required:
- Brand
- Supplier
- Group purchase discount
- Group sale discount
- Reference type
- We press the button **Finish**

SIMA, with all this data, will generate the order proposal to the supplier in status **Initial**, now we must confirm it so that it can be managed.

## Recounts and polls

Counts and surveys allow good control over inventory to be established in order to maintain a healthy stock.

To perform a count and poll, do the following:

- We indicate:
- Between which Halls
- Stock Type
- We press the button **Following**
- We select the locations and press the button **Finish**
- The poll will be created and now we just have to process it

To process a count and poll do the following:

- The window will appear **Count Creation Wizard**
- We press the button **Following**

- Now the poll must be verified
- We press the right mouse button on the poll again and select the option **Process count**
- We press the button **Following**
- We press the button **Finish**
- SIMA will inform us of the differences between the first survey and the second, creating the corresponding regularization
- We look for regularization, we check it and, if everything is correct, we confirm it
