# Management of customer orders

## Create order types

To create spare part order types we do the following:

- We open the **Maintaining order types**, which is located on the route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> General Section -> Order Types Option\]**
- In the countryside **Type of order** We establish what type of order we are going to create:
- From Client
- Of supplier
- We press the button **Consult**
- If there are order types created, they will be displayed in this window
- With the buttons and we create and modify order types
- At the end of creating or editing the order types, we save with the button

## Create sales order

The creation of a sales order is done from the **Tracking customer orders**, located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Sales Tab -> Orders Section -> Customer Option\]**

To create a customer order we must perform the following steps:

- We open Customer Order Tracking
- We select the option **New customer order** in the left menu
- The order creation wizard will appear
- We press the button **Following**
- We select the type of client
- External client
- Internal department
- We select **External client** and we press the button **Following**
- We select the type of order:
- Immediate delivery
- Direct counter
- Telephone desk
- Later delivery
- Fax Client
- Telephone Customer
- Email Client
- For example, we select \[Immediate Delivery - Direct Counter\]
- We select the customer of the order and, if necessary, its section, (the application automatically shows the default order type for this customer)
- We press the button **Finish**
- Now the order window will appear where we can insert the order detail lines, indicating the data of:
- Reference
- Amount
- When we finish creating the detail lines we must save and confirm the order

In the **immediate delivery orders** SIMA assigns, at the time of order confirmation, the available stock to the order, making the automatic reservation.

In the **later delivery orders** SIMA does not assign, at the time of order confirmation, the available stock to the order, but rather it is registered in the customer order pool to be managed subsequently.

## Starting point

Output scoring allows the references included in a customer order to be served, depending on the type of order (Immediate Delivery or Later Delivery), the scoring is done in a different way.

### Immediate Delivery Orders

The delivery of stock, if available to serve all or part of the requested units, is carried out as follows:

- We open Customer Order Tracking
- We look for the customer's order
- We open the order
- We press the button **Score deliveries** located at the top of the window
- A window will appear where we indicate the units that are going to be served and how many have incidents.
- When we have finished checking out, we press the button **Confirm Deliveries**

Yeah **all units have been served** of the sales order the button is activated **Invoice order** through which billing can be carried out.

Yeah **not all units have been served** of the customer order because there is not enough stock, the button is activated **Manage documents** to place the order with the supplier with the missing units. In this case, an advance payment will be requested for those references that require it according to their configuration in the reference control panel.

### Later Delivery Orders

The delivery of stock in this type of orders is carried out as follows:

- We open the Customer Order Bag \[Spare Parts Module -> Sales Tab -> Orders Section -> Bag Option\]
- We look for the order in the Slow Bag and, if we do not find it, we go to the Fast Bag with the option **Change Bag** from the left menu
- The order will appear and we click on the option **Assign** located in the section **Operations** from the left menu
- Now two things can happen depending on whether the reference is in stock or not.
- If there is stock to serve the reference, an output score will be generated and we will be able to deliver the units through the option **Output point** located in the section **Operations** from the left menu
- If there is no stock to serve the reference SIMA will show a message indicating that no output point has been created and will add the units to the **Supplier Order Bag**, which will allow us to create the order to the corresponding supplier

Yeah **all units have been served** of the sales order the button is activated **Invoice order** through which billing can be carried out.
