# General Maintenances

## Brand creation

To create new brands of spare parts we do the following:

-   We open the **Brand maintenance**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> General Section -> Brands Option\]**

-   With the buttons and We create and modify brand data

-   At the end of creating or editing a mark, we save with the button

## Creation of homogeneous groups

To create homogeneous groups of spare parts we do the following:

-   We open the **Maintenance of homogeneous groups**, which is located on the route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> General Section -> Homogeneous Groups Option\]**

-   With the buttons and we create and modify homogeneous groups

-   At the end of creating or editing a homogeneous group, we save with the button

## Warehouse creation

To create new spare parts warehouses we do the following:

-   We open the **Warehouse maintenance**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> Organization Section -> Warehouses Option\]**

-   With the buttons and we create and modify warehouse data

-   At the end of creating or editing a warehouse, we save with the button

## Creation of farms

To create new spare parts warehouses we do the following:

-   We open the **Farm monitoring**, which is located on the following route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> Organization Section -> Operations Option\]**

-   We click on the option **New Exploitation** located in the menu on the left

-   We indicate the fields:

-   Denomination

-   Center

-   Division

-   Type of Exploitation

-   Transfer document

-   Default warehouse.

-   We can change the priority of farms in the field **Supplier farms**

-   We press the button **Accept**

## Service creation

To create spare parts services we do the following:

-   We open the **Maintenance of the service nomenclator**, which is located on the route: **\[Spare Parts Module -> Configuration Tab -> General Section -> Services Option\]**

-   With the buttons and we create and modify services

-   At the end of creating or editing a service, we save with the button
