## 🚩 IMS - Types of clients

The different types of clients **IMS (Monthly Service Report)** mean the following:

- *Warranties:* Orders with Guaranteed Payer
- *Internal:* Orders with internal payer
- *Sure:* Orders with Secure Payer
- *Customer ?:* Orders with a Client payer where we do not know the date of sale and registration of the vehicle
- *Client I:* Orders with Client payer, where the date of sale or registration of the vehicle is less than 4 years

- *Client IIIb:* Orders with Client payer, where the date of sale or registration of the vehicle is more than 9 years old

## 🚩 An error occurred while generating the credit note

If the error message appears **An error occurred while generating the credit note** It may be because you are right clicking on the dealer name.

The correct procedure is to right-click on the columns with amounts (referring to each brand).

## 🚩 Mechanic teams

To create teams of mechanics follow these steps:

1. Access the SIMA Services Module
2. Go to the tab **Staff** and select the option **Teams**
3. On the right side of the window that is enabled you must select **New** to create teams

To assign mechanics to teams, follow these steps:

1. Access the SIMA Services Module
2. Go to the tab *Staff* and select the option *Team planning*
3. Right-click on the planning line of the mechanic you want to assign to a team
4. Select *New Planning* to link that mechanic to an existing team

## 🚩 SMS / eMail to notify of inspections or workshop appointments

We can add or modify the sender data that appears in the SMS service or in the e-mails that customers receive in the following way:

*For eMails:*

1. Let's go to the route *Services Module -> Configuration Tab -> Interfaces Section -> Email Option -> Order Option*
2. In the eMail configurator we must respect the keys that appear and only modify those data that are not correct.

*For SMS:*

1. Let's go to the route *Services Module -> General Tab -> Configuration Button -> Parameter Option*
2. In the parameter configurator we must respect the keys that appear and only modify those data that are not correct.

## 🚩 See customer signature upon receipt

In the own *Workshop order* we will never see the signature.

When the customer signs on the tablet, at the end of the receiving process, a document is generated attached to the order. It is in this document where we will see the customer's signature.

Within the order we go to the tab of *Attachments* and there will be a document with the client's signature.

This document is delivered to the customer along with the order.

## 🚩 Error trying to encode Warranties

For the encoding of the guarantees, you must access from the icon *CHASM*, never from the icon of *SIMA Mechanic*.

When accessed through SIMA Mechanic it gives the error message *Your license does not allow you to access this form*.

Therefore, if the user cannot encode the fault guarantees, it is because they are not accessing it correctly.

At SIMA Mechanic, mechanics can only allocate time to the breakdowns they are working on.

To manage breakdowns whose payer is Guarantee, you must access them from the SIMA icon.
