# The Notifications section of the Dashboard (Control Panel).

## Dashboard - Control Panel

Access a visual summary of all your operations and system notifications.

## Dashboard Notifications

The control panel displays 3 types of notifications classified by priority:

- Urgent Tasks/Data: Critical errors or problems in your business
- Important Tasks: Important information that requires attention
- General Information:

**Note**: The system only displays notifications that have at least one associated order. When there are no orders related to that notification, then the notification is not displayed.

## Some Available Notifications

### Modified Orders

Reports on orders where the factory vehicle configuration has been modified. Currently, the system only reports these cases for orders that have an assigned customer.

### Pending Invoicing Requests

This notification appears in markets where dealers send an invoice request to the importer. As an importer, you can check here when dealers request a vehicle invoice.

### Erroneous orders

Orders for which the factory reports any configuration issues, so these vehicles will not be built until the errors are resolved.

### Orders blocked by WLTP emissions

Number of vehicles with WLTP data that cannot be produced at the factory until someone confirms this factory production.

### Dealer orders pending deletion

Orders that are available to be deleted from the system because they are orders that will not be produced at the factory.

### Deletion pending

Orders in "Deletion pending" status. It was requested that these orders be deleted at the factory, but no one from the importer processed them correctly at the factory.

### Modification pending

Orders in "Modification pending" status. These orders requested a configuration modification at the factory, but no one from the importer has processed them correctly at the factory.

### Arrivals pending confirmation

Number of vehicles that, according to the dates defined in the system, should be in dealer stock but the order does not have a confirmed arrival at the dealership.

### Transfer requests received

Number of transfer requests that other dealerships made for vehicles assigned to your dealership.

### Orders with WLTP updates

Number of vehicles with WLTP figures modified by the factory in a way that is quite different from the original figures reported when the order was created.

### Orders pending acceptance

These are orders that have been sent to the importer/factory but have not been confirmed, so they are not yet truly valid orders.

### Orders without supplier update

Number of orders that have not been updated from the factory in the last 5 days or more.

### New pending orders

Number of new orders that have been created in the system but not sent to the importer or factory.

### Orders in warning

These are orders that contain any factory information related to the production process. They are not errors, but some important information has been added to these orders.

### Orders to arrive

Number of vehicles that should arrive soon at your dealerships. These vehicles have a planned delivery date to the dealership or an estimated arrival date at the dealership but no actual arrival date at the dealership.

### Pending delivery

These are orders in process to be delivered to the final customer but with some mandatory fields already empty in the system, such as the customer delivery date.

### Orders to delete

These are orders that will not be produced or reach the dealer and must be removed from our system.

### Transfer requests sent

These are open transfer requests made from our dealer to other dealers or to the importer.

### Rejected transfer requests

These are transfer requests that we made to other dealers but were rejected. You must now look for other similar vehicles in the network.

### Accepted transfers

Here you can see, as an importer, the different transfer requests that have been agreed upon between dealers. As a dealer, you can see those transfer requests that have been accepted by the original owning dealer.

### Transfer request accepted

Similar to the previous one. This is mainly used by dealers. Here are my transfer requests to other dealers that have been accepted by the original dealer.

### Pending transfers

Here you can see, as an importer, the pending transfer requests between dealerships.

### Stock orders

This number tells you how many orders are in your stock.

### Incoming customer orders

Number of customer orders that have been produced and when they are expected to be received by the importer according to the factory where they were produced and previous orders received from that factory.

### Reserved vehicles

This is the number of vehicles that belong to your dealership but are reserved by someone from your dealership or any other dealership.
