SIMA has already applied the modifications required by the GDPR, which can be summarized in the following questions:

-   When do we need to collect customer consents?
-   How can I modify a customer's consent once signed?

## GDPR and the context of application users

When application users (sales advisor, workshop advisor, spare parts manager, opportunity advisor, etc.) interact with a customer and identify that the customer is not correctly registered, we need to request the user's consent for those customers.

Users are not correctly registered until we have explicitly obtained their consents to be able to contact them later.
