# Accepted Guarantees Report (C-IGA-EN)

## Accepted Guarantees Report (C-IGA-EN)

The Accepted Guarantees Report is critical to the billing process. You can access it from the main menu on the left, under Control Panel and Guarantees, under the Reports option.  
Once inside, we can select a dealership and Tango dates using two different selectors, one for the start date and one for the end date. Once we have selected these values, we click on search.  
The fields shown in this list are: Id, Acceptance Date, Dealer Code, Dealer Name and Claim No.  
We can export this information from the list for the selected dealership using a button located in the upper right corner, just above the list header. Once clicked, the file will be exported to our downloads folder.  
The file name format is as follows  
AcceptedWarrantyClaims\_69\_20250601\_20250914.csv  
AcceptedWarrantyClaims\_ (dealer code)\_ (date year+month+day).csv
